- You prioritize high-value HR automation and AI use cases, define clear value hypotheses, and continuously evolve the roadmap based on business impact.
- You build and maintain a consistent HR data logic and KPI framework that enables reliable insights for leadership and executive decision-making.
- You design, configure, and continuously improve HR automation and AI solutions—from workflows to copilots and conversational AI—with end-to-end ownership for outcomes and adoption.
- You implement solutions hands-on within the existing HR stack and ensure effective interfaces and handovers across HR Tech and adjacent domains.
- You establish governance for HR AI and automation use cases, ensuring sound documentation, risk assessment, and compliance with the EU AI Act, data protection, and internal policies.
- You define success metrics and track adoption, impact, and realized benefits to ensure measurable value creation.
- You enable HR teams through upskilling, practical guidance, and reusable playbooks that build confidence in data, automation, and responsible AI.
- You work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to turn priorities into scalable solutions and lasting adoption.
- You bring a strong end-to-end understanding of HR processes and know how to turn complexity into scalable solutions.
- You have proven experience in HR automation, workflows, AI use cases, and data-driven decision-making that creates real business impact.
- You translate HR and business needs into practical automation and AI solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- You bring strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, paired with systems thinking and structured execution.
- You bring several years of experience across HR and analytics/data/AI and you’re ready to build what’s next.
- You work confidently with platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Cognigy, or similar tools, and bring a solid understanding of integrations, AI governance, HR data models, and KPI logic.
- You are curious, pragmatic and collaborative. You motivated by co-creating and influencing and you communicate with clarity and impact in English (German is a plus).
