As our Organizational Development Expert, you continuously evolve structures, governance, and ways of working to keep the organization ahead. You enable speed and clear accountability, unlock innovation at scale, and strengthen customer-centricity, building the operating model required for what’s next. This position is part of our HR Taskforce, driving transformation and growth in close collaboration with our HR experts at DKV Mobility.
- You design and optimize organizational structures and operating models (e.g., a new Apprenticeship set-up).
- You drive clarity in roles, decision rights, and governance.
- You improve cross-functional collaboration across teams and functions.
- You enable more agile and adaptive ways of working.
- You foster innovation continuously and at scale.
- You diagnose organizational inefficiencies and implement fixes.
- You partner with leadership on organizational design decisions and support implementation.
- You see the organization as a system not as a set of silos.
- You connect innovation to decision rights, governance, and operating models.
- You balance structure with flexibility.
- You make complexity simple and actionable.
- You are a strong facilitator and influencer.
- You bring several years of experience in organizational development and/or organizational design.
- You have hands-on experience with operating models, restructuring, and/or agile transformations.
- You ideally combine consulting and in-house experience and translate analysis into pragmatic implementation.
- You are a strong facilitator and influencer, engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions.
- You apply a systems perspective and make complexity simple and actionable through structured problem solving.
- You enable faster decision-making and execution through clear roles, decision rights, and governance.
- You improve cross-functional effectiveness by reducing friction across interfaces and strengthening collaboration.
- You strengthen accountability and scalability by designing structures and operating models that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and feel comfortable in a modern HR operating model.
- You are fluent in English and German is a plus.
