The role combines financial analysis with direct client interaction and clearly defined operational processes, in an environment that emphasizes accuracy, structured workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
- Assess customer creditworthiness and continuously monitor the portfolio to anticipate risks before they become issues
- Manage phone-based debt collection activities and build tailored payment plans for each case
- Organize weekly collection meetings, analyze financial exposure, and propose concrete measures
- Collaborate directly with Customer Service, Credit Management, and DKV Group departments
- Identify process improvement opportunities and organize internal training sessions to enhance collection performance
- Work with specific tools: MS Dynamics, Genesys, CAM, and the ROMLI process
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (credit, risk, collections)
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into decisions
- Clear, direct, solution-oriented communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- English - intermediate level; MS Office - advanced level
