Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field
    1–3 years experience in finance, controlling, or accounting (preferred)
  • Strong Excel and good Power BI skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and systems
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills across finance and non-finance teams
  • Very good command of English
Qualifications
  • Prepare recurring financial and business reports
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting processes
  • Analyze financial and operational data and identify inconsistencies
  • Support accounting adjustments, reclasses, and data corrections
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data (incl. FTE data)
  • Work with systems such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, CODA, and AFAS
  • Handle ad hoc reporting requests from the business
  • Contribute to improving reporting processes and data quality
