1–3 years experience in finance, controlling, or accounting (preferred) - Strong Excel and good Power BI skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and systems
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn
- Good communication skills across finance and non-finance teams
- Very good command of English
- Prepare recurring financial and business reports
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting processes
- Analyze financial and operational data and identify inconsistencies
- Support accounting adjustments, reclasses, and data corrections
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data (incl. FTE data)
- Work with systems such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, CODA, and AFAS
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests from the business
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and data quality
