- Trusted advisor to the owner, with direct influence on financial valuation, steering, and decision-making
- Deep operational insight into financially relevant matters across portfolio companies to enable robust evaluation and ensure effective financial steering
- Identification of optimization potentials and derivation of concrete action impulses
- Further development of finance structures, processes, and governance
- Support in the transformation, integration, and further development of the portfolio structure
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire finance value chain within the healthcare / care sector
- Proven experience in a leading finance position
- Solid background within the healthcare / care sector
- Deep expertise in accounting, controlling, reporting, treasury, and financial steering
- Experience within complex corporate or holding structures
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with the ability to rapidly penetrate financial interdependencies
- Pronounced ability to critically assess existing structures and further develop them in a targeted manner
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of autonomy
- Assertive, composed, and at the same time diplomatic
- Trustworthy personality with a high level of integrity
- Fluent German and English skills
- Close collaboration with the owner, including a direct reporting line
- 28–30 days of annual leave
- One day of remote work per week, combined with a centrally located, modern office in Berlin-Charlottenburg
