• Analysis and evaluation of existing hardware and circuit designs with regard to quality, reliability, and long-term stability
• Investigation of quality issues and failure root causes within a controller product family
• Conducting schematic and PCB design reviews to identify potential weaknesses and risks
• Analysis of digital and analog input/output signals and assessment of the overall system architecture
• Review of existing design documentation and PCB layouts with respect to robustness and manufacturability
• Derivation and development of technical recommendations to improve product quality and reliability
• Sustainable optimization of electronic systems across the entire development and manufacturing value chain

• Solid experience as a Hardware Engineer or Electronics Developer
• Solid expertise in circuit design and digital electronics
• Experience with PCB design and PCB layout analysis
• Strong skills in the analysis and evaluation of electronic circuits
• Experience with OrCAD Allegro is considered an advantage
• Proven experience conducting PCB design reviews
• Strong ability to identify design weaknesses and perform technical root cause analyses
• Experience in electronics reliability, product quality, or design review activities
• Fluent German or English communication skills (written and spoken)
