Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Project Management Officer A400M (m/f/d) in Manching.

The Project Management Officer (PMO) role implements project management procedures, tools, and governance. It supervises projects, identifies non-adherence, and ensures process compliance. The PMO also develops process optimizations and regularly reports on project status, including Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance metrics/KPIs. This Job Request is for PMO activities within the A400M Development program, specifically for the Capability Delivery Team (CDT) focused on Military Systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Influencing with strong PM expertise to maximise project achievement
• Governance management
• Perform detailed planning on the work packages reviews, keep it updated in UP (official tool) and analyse and ensure resolution of schedule clashes
• Conduct work packages reviews, identifying lack of performance and scope changes (i.e. Earned Value Management
• Define relevant KPIs for T/C/Q/P and manage reporting
• Suggest mitigation/recovery actions and follow-up
• Perform R&O and maintain ARM (official tool) updated
• Support Matuty Gates process

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Aerospace engineering, Industrial engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in project management and experience as a Project Management Officer is needed
• Experience in Google Workspace is an advantage and experience in Unified Planing is a plus
• Fluent English skill spoken and written
• Additional languages such as German are a plus
