Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Project Management in A320 Fleet Management (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a right-hand to the Fleet and Project & Programme Managers, assisting with diverse, day-to-day tasks that keep the projects moving forward
• Help the team establish clear, stable structures
• Translate ad-hoc changes into reliable weekly routines, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and predictably
• Apply Airbus Operating System (AOS) methodologies and tools to reduce variability, stabilize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Support the team in monitoring deliverables, managing meeting cadences, and ensuring effective communication flows

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable
• Work experience in the field of Change Management, Project Management, Process Improvement and with Agile project methodology (e.g., Scrum)
• Experience in Process Management
• Knowledge in the field of digitization
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Programming skills are a plus
• Skywise knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of AI is a plus
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
