As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You design, develop, and operate modern web applications for a variety of digital products and services.
- You create and implement micro-frontend solutions and high-performance Java microservices for application servers and Azure cloud environments.
- You ensure the stability, availability, and quality of frontend applications and backend services together with your team.
- You take ownership of the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our software solutions.
- You drive the evolution of modern software architectures based on current Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and cloud technologies.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes by introducing new ideas, technologies, and best practices.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have strong experience within the Java ecosystem and are highly proficient with Spring and Spring Boot.
- You bring hands-on experience in developing event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka and building REST APIs based on Java microservices.
- You have strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as Angular (preferred) or React, as well as web components and micro-frontend architectures.
- You are experienced with modern development tools and practices, including RxJS, JUnit, Git, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, and SonarQube, and have worked with applications running in Azure Cloud environments.
- You enjoy working in agile teams, have a solution-oriented mindset, and communicate fluently in German and confidently in English.
