Business Development Manager Paint Protection Films (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in a field-based role, you will play a key part in establishing ORAFOL as a leading provider of self-adhesive product solutions for industrial applications. You will regularly visit PPF installers and strategic partners across the value chain, present our products, build long-term relationships and drive demand for our high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and actively position the ORAFOL brand as a provider of self-adhesive product solutions in relevant industries
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships and acquire new strategic partners across the European value chain
• Initiate and manage product and material approvals in close cooperation with customers and our Product Development team
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and provide input for the further development and optimization of our product portfolio
• Conduct product certifications, hands-on training sessions and product demonstrations at customer sites, trade fairs and at our company premises
• Provide customers with expert technical advice on application-related issues
• Develop and implement sales strategies and evaluate potential markets
• Represent ORAFOL at national and international trade fairs

Who We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience in film application and installation, ideally on vehicles
• Experience in field sales/business development, ideally within the film, adhesive technology or automotive supplier industry
• Strong technical understanding and an enthusiasm for the practical application of products
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe
