• Our client is a global leader in semiconductor and sensor technologies
• The project focuses on transferring a CMOS manufacturing technology from an external wafer fabrication site to the local production facility
• The successful candidate will work closely with development, manufacturing, and technology teams to ensure a seamless and successful technology transfer

• Act as Technical Lead in a strategic CMOS technology transfer project from an external wafer fabrication site to the amanufacturing facility near Graz
• Drive the planning, execution, and successful industrialization of CMOS manufacturing technologies
• Coordinate technology transfer activities, process matching, qualification, and manufacturing ramp-up
• Analyze and optimize CMOS processes to improve yield, performance, quality, and manufacturability
• Evaluate electrical, physical, and reliability data to support process development and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and technology teams across multiple sites
• Apply statistical process control methods and support root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and yield optimization initiatives
• Manage project risks, stakeholder communication, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience in CMOS process development, process integration, or semiconductor manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with technology transfer between semiconductor fabs is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of CMOS technologies, CMOS devices, and semiconductor process fundamentals
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC), yield optimization, process qualification, and physical failure analysis
• Solid understanding of electrical device parameters and process-device interactions
• Cleanroom experience within a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English communication skills in an international project environment
