- Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and control systems technology
- Willingness to travel worldwide (approximately 80%)
- Very good German and English language skills
Qualifications
- Install, troubleshoot, and commission our equipment directly at customer sites
- Perform maintenance and repair work on SUSS systems worldwide
- Train customer personnel on the operation and functionality of the systems and provide comprehensive instruction
- Support and assist customers by phone in the event of urgent issues
- Independently conduct mechatronic and electrical engineering analyses to identify and resolve faults
