• Lead end-to-end onboarding of business-critical applications into the SIEM platform
• Conduct workshops with application owners, architects, and technical teams to identify threats, attack scenarios, and security use cases
• Coordinate efforts with application and infrastructure teams to ensure relevant logs are delivered to the SIEM
• Design and validate SIEM detection rules based on identified threats
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements where applicable
• Report onboarding progress, risks and recommendations to project managers and management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SIEM use cases
• Maintain and enhance project documentation
• Contribute to other SIEM/SOC initiatives : Logging strategy, assets & cloud onboarding

• Strong hands-on experience in SIEM/SOC operations
• Experience onboarding applications and infrastructure systems into SIEM platforms
• Experience designing, implementing and testing SIEM correlation rules
• Understanding of threat modeling methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, STRIDE)
• Knowledge of common log formats (e.g., Windows Event Logs, Syslog, API logs, cloud telemetry)
• Experience working with cloud environments (Azure & AWS preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills
