We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in fraud prevention, sanctions screening, investigations, and process improvement while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Review and process fraud alerts, fraud reports and sanctions screening hits
- Support investigations and implementation of measures required for case resolution
- Support in identifying irregularities, opportunities for improvement and in the continuous enhancement of fraud prevention activities
- Handle routine complaints, disputes and inquiries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient case handling
- Support in analysis, reporting activities, and the creation of documentation such as templates, work instructions and process descriptions
- Support in the optimization and testing of processes, rules and systems
- Document findings, root causes, and decisions
- Perform various administrative and operational tasks
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Fraud Prevention, Operations, Back-office, Customer Service, Risk or Compliance
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify irregularities and suspicious activities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take decisions independently
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the evolving field of Fraud Prevention
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
