Construction Manager (CSA) (m/f/d)

• Lead and manage all CSA construction activities throughout project execution and site delivery
• Act as the primary CSA Subject Matter Expert for civil, structural and architectural disciplines
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and construction activities on site
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, budgets and project schedules
• Take overall responsibility for construction site safety and implementation of EHS requirements
• Review contractor work method statements and collaborate closely with EHS specialists to ensure compliance
• Support tendering, bid evaluation and contractor selection processes together with Procurement
• Prepare technical scopes of work, tender documentation and CSA-related project deliverables
• Manage project closeout activities, site inspections, punch lists and defect resolution
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve CSA engineering standards, specifications and best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related technical discipline
• Experience in construction management, site supervision or project execution within industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical manufacturing environments
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors and construction activities on active project sites
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural engineering principles and construction practices
• Experience delivering CAPEX, investment or maintenance projects from planning through construction and handover
• Sound understanding of construction site safety, EHS requirements and regulatory compliance
• Experience preparing technical specifications, scopes of work and tender documentation
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills within cross-functional and matrix organizations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; German C1 required and English B1 or higher preferred
