What you can expect

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support team for WinSped® software.
As a Customer Support Level 1 representative, you will be the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with installation, troubleshooting, and addressing any malfunctions they encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding WinSped® software via telephone and email.
Provide remote assistance to customers for software installation and troubleshooting.
Record, document, and report software errors to the development team.
Forward complex inquiries to the relevant specialist department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

What makes you stand out

Language Skills: Fluent in German (both spoken and written) – mandatory, English – medium level.
Willingness to Travel: Initial 3-month induction period in Germany, with travel required once every six months for one week.
Competence with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (both telephone and virtual platforms like Teams).
Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
High stress resistance and resilience.
Eagerness to learn and a solution-oriented mindset.
Precision in completing tasks.
