We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support team for WinSped® software.
As a Customer Support Level 1 representative, you will be the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with installation, troubleshooting, and addressing any malfunctions they encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding WinSped® software via telephone and email.
- Provide remote assistance to customers for software installation and troubleshooting.
- Record, document, and report software errors to the development team.
- Forward complex inquiries to the relevant specialist department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (both spoken and written) – mandatory, English – medium level.
- Willingness to Travel: Initial 3-month induction period in Germany, with travel required once every six months for one week.
- Competence with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (both telephone and virtual platforms like Teams).
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High stress resistance and resilience.
- Eagerness to learn and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Precision in completing tasks.
