- You enable the Europe-wide sales organization across all channels to confidently apply sales processes, use systems efficiently, and provide expert advice on the full product portfolio.
- You develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing a holistic knowledge management approach and build a machine-readable knowledge base with AI-powered search functionality.
- You design and implement a standardized onboarding and training concept, including the selection of suitable tools, interactive learning formats, and materials to sustainably improve sales performance.
- You conduct needs analyses, define scopes, and design effective training formats (onboarding, upskilling, product training).
- You empower colleagues to use modern sales methods (digital, hybrid, traditional) and provide high-quality, standardized sales presentations and proposal templates.
- You coordinate all content owners to centralize knowledge on a single platform with AI-supported search.
- You actively manage stakeholders across key interfaces such as Sales, Product Management, CRM PM, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Communications.
- You establish performance monitoring to evaluate knowledge content and enablement measures (e.g. content usage, sales readiness, time-to-competency).
- You identify and implement innovation opportunities in the field of Sales Enablement, especially through the use of AI, automation, and modern learning technologies.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in content creation and knowledge management, including designing and implementing state-of-the-art structures and processes.
- You possess solid expertise in knowledge management systems like Confluence, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CRM and in general content and document management systems.
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, a target-driven approach, autonomous thinking, and a structured, meticulous way of working come naturally to you.

- You demonstrate excellent business communication skills in both English and German, with additional European languages being a plus.
