• Manage App Development backlog, including defining and prioritizing requirements
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers and QA
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that App Development meets the organization's business needs
• Communicate and prioritize product requirements to the development team, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of App Development features and functionality and identify opportunities for improvement
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases
• Collaborate with the development team (3rd Party) to ensure that user stories are implemented effectively
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint reviews
  

• Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements, and managing a product backlog
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Practical knowledge or certification of ITIL
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically fiber optic networks advantageous
