- Become part of the DKV Mobility AI team and help us drive the adoption of AI across the Company.
- Shape the Future of AI Strategy: Drive alignment between Business Unit roadmaps and the company-wide AI strategy, ensuring initiatives come together seamlessly for maximum impact.
- Turn Vision into Reality: capture and evaluate the business requirements and ideas and maintain regular communication with stakeholders about delivery status.
- Own the Roadmap: Turn business requirements into the AI team’s roadmap, backlog, and priorities to ensure Agile delivery according to teams priorities and stakeholders expectations.
- Lead with Impact: Be responsible for AI project steering committees—setting schedules, crafting impactful content, and keeping stakeholders engaged and aligned on plans, progress, and challenges. Gain exposure across the entire business.
- Champion AI Solutions: Serve as the go-to expert (SPOC) for key AI initiatives, driving their successful deployment, integration, and smooth operation.
- Be the AI Expert: Lead onboarding for AI initiatives—empowering teams with the knowledge and tools they need for successful implementation and adoption.
- Support and Solve: Provide hands-on support to teams—helping them troubleshoot technical issues, overcome challenges, and maximize the value of AI solutions. Support team by monitoring incidents and service requests.
- Create Insights: design and implement KPI/PI reporting and dashboards using tools like PowerBI. Monitor team SLAs to ensure quality of service.
- Inspire and Educate: Deliver training programs, sharing best practices and insights to help teams boost their skills and confidently leverage AI technologies
- You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- You have at least three years of experience as a Product Owner, in product management, or as a Business Analyst – ideally in an agile working environment.
- You are capable of organizing complex projects and multiple activities simultaneously, and you can translate stakeholder requirements into a detailed working-level plan, taking into account prioritization, resource availability, and dependencies on other teams.
- You possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and you are able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and you can manage multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing them.
- You work independently and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- You bring passion and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its potential impact on business and society.
- You are experienced with tools such as PowerBI, Jira, Confluence, Loop, Miro, and others.
