What you can expect

You take responsibility for the entire sales process and are the first point of contact for our international customers.
You will be actively involved from the initial contact to the preparation of quotations through to the successful conclusion of the contract and, even after the contract has been concluded, you will ensure that our customers are smoothly integrated into our system and successfully go through the onboarding process.
You will develop new sales ideas, discuss them with our international sales team and implement them. This includes, for example, initiating sales campaigns and expanding our sales network.
You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and adapting country-specific sales strategies to achieve defined targets. You will also discuss further sales opportunities and put these into practice.
You will be responsible for training and empowering our international sales teams so that they can generate qualified leads. This includes providing training, resources and tools to increase the team's effectiveness in lead generation.

What makes you stand out

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in similar positions as a sales manager or sales representative. Ideally, you have worked in an IT or logistics environment and therefore have a technical understanding and interest in logistics and its processes.
You also have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset as well as conceptual expertise. Your empathetic and convincing demeanour is complemented by a high degree of success orientation, commitment, willingness to learn and creativity.
You are also characterised by your ability to work in a team, flexibility and innovative spirit. We expect you to have strong interpersonal skills and be highly service- and customer-orientated.
You have business fluent written and spoken English and German. You also have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
