As part of the DKV Group, Tax Refund focuses on providing financial solutions to their customers in the areas of VAT Refund. These are administrative processes that we handle from A to Z for our clients. Service orientation, attention and care are important aspects of our approach, and this is also what we are looking for in future colleagues.
Overview:
In this position (Internal title Excise Duty Refund Service Specialist) you will be responsible for delivering end to end Excise Duty Refund service to the customer within legal guidelines and according to internal procedures and processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative refund related processes
- Claiming and exception handling.
- Ensure the customer documentation is always correct and complete.
- Timely follow up actions.
2. Customer Interaction related processes
- Customer service according to the Service Level Agreement.
- Maintain and optimize customer relationships.
- Identify and flag up other VAT and Excise Duty refund opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal customer.
3. Reporting and ownership
- Monitor and report of Excise Duty Refund progress to the Team Leader.
- Monitor and report of anticipated legal and administrational changes for both customer and service countries.
- Flag up possible risks.
4. Develop Professional working relations
- Build up and maintain good working relations with relevant authorities, internal and external parties.
5. Improve work processes
- Identify and flag up possibilities to improve working methods and processes.
- Share best practice.
- Actively participate in cross departmental support.
- Active contribute to new projects and working methods with the aim to deliver excellent service to our customer.
- English at a minimum B2 level.
- Data entry experience.
- Graduate of higher education.
- Problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze issues and problems, and provide recommendations.
- Detail oriented, well-organized and able to prioritize.
- Ability to work in a team environment and work unsupervised.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization, and outside the organization, in a professional manner.
