The Geo team is dedicated to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement through innovative mapping solutions that provide detailed geographic data and visualization. We develop and maintain applications and services that leverage geographic information systems (GIS) to provide valuable insights and functionalities to our customers.
Team Responsibilities:
- Develop Geospatial Applications: Create and maintain applications like campaign maps, stations finder, and price list finder.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs, including the Geo framework API, fuel pricing API, and POI master data API.
- Customer Solutions: Collaborate with other departments to build comprehensive customer solutions, including mobile applications.
- Technical Initiatives: Undertake long-lasting technical initiatives to continuously improve our geospatial services.
- Join our dynamic Geo team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge geospatial solutions that drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build & conceptualize test strategy of the product
- Coordinate test efforts towards release and establish test environments for the entire product team
- Develop testing frameworks and test data tailored to specific product teams
- Integrates QA processes and best practices (including security and automation)
- Challenge the requirements towards performance (NFR's).
- Knowledgeable in security and penetration testing
- Ensures data integrity and compliance with customer-related test data
- Mentor Junior QA's.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a QA engineer (manual & automation)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for effective collaboration with inter-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of various programming languages (e.g., Java, Typescript).
- Experience using acceptance testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Ranorex, Cucumber, Cypress).
- Experience using project tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and messaging systems (Kafka).
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to self onboard on new topics
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
