The Geo team is
committed to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement
through innovative mapping solutions that offer detailed geographic data and
visualization. We develop and maintain applications and services that utilize
geographic information systems (GIS) to provide valuable insights and
functionalities to our customers.
Team
Responsibilities:
- Develop Geospatial Applications: Create and maintain applications such as campaign maps, stations finder, and price list finder.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs, including the Geo framework API, fuel pricing API, and POI master data API.
- Customer Solutions: Collaborate with various departments to build comprehensive customer solutions, including mobile applications.
- Technical Initiatives: Undertake long-term technical initiatives to continuously improve our geospatial services.
- Join our dynamic Geo team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge geospatial solutions that drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and operate features for GEO product.
- Develop web frontends for Java web applications and microservices for application servers and cloud environments.
- Port applications to other infrastructures (primarily cloud environments).
- Assist on designing and creation of architecture based on current Java, JavaScript, and cloud technologies
- Active member in the scrum team
- Implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop deployment scripts for containerized environments.
- 3 years of development experience as a FullStack Engineer.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in reading, writing, and setting up Kafka topics.
- Familiarity with common stacks.
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
- Understanding of back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Familiarity with databases and UI/UX design.
- Experience in developing within a CI/CD environment with test automation.
- Experience in building and deploying to Azure (or similar cloud environments).
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
