- You independently develop and implement the process strategy in Europe.
- You organize and conduct meetings, events, and trainings in process management.
- You create presentations on process optimizations and work closely with interfaces such as quality management.
- You build standardized processes, continuously improve them, and take responsibility for reporting process-related KPIs.
- You analyze key figures, prepare them for internal stakeholders, and develop appropriate action plans.
- You act as a key user for IT tools and knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint) and collaborate with other key users.
- You take on sub-project leadership roles in cross-functional projects and derive targeted measures from gathered information.
- You have a degree in business, process management, or a comparable field.
- You bring experience in process and quality management.
- You have excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are experienced with reporting tools and data analysis.
- You are familiar with SharePoint or similar knowledge management systems.
- You have project management knowledge and have already led (sub-)projects.
- You work analytically and in a structured manner, and you demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You act independently, show initiative, and have good German and English language skills.
