Responsibilities:
- Implementing commercial conditions in the DKV systems, according to DKV procedures and standards.
- Managing and organizing paperwork and documentation.
- Handling and verifying toll orders for all DKV products.
- Proficient in managing large volumes of data, including entering toll in DKV system or national toll systems.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in Back-office dashboards.
- Managing the list of exchanged cards.
- High school diploma, University studies are an advantage
- Work experience: relevant experience of 1-4 years in a similar position
- Very good communication and teamwork skill
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities
- Customer-oriented and results-oriented person
- Analytical thinking and financial understanding
- Prior experience in customer service or back-office support is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in using CRM software, SAP and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
- Data analysis capability
- Attention to detail
- English and Italian language – advanced level
