• Monitor fire-prone areas during maintenance, construction, or production activities
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and preventive measures
• Initiate immediate response actions in case of fire incidents
• Coordinate with Tesla’s fire department and safety officers
• Document incidents and safety observations

• Certified fire safety training (e.g., Fire Protection Assistant, GSSK, Security Specialist)
• Experience in fire watch or industrial site security
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• High level of responsibility, alertness, and quick reaction skills
• Proficient in German; English is a plus
