As part of the DKV Group, REMOBIS Refund Service focus on providing financial solutions to their customers in the areas of VAT Refund.
These are administrative processes that we handle from A to Z for our clients. Not only for customers and partners in the Netherlands, but also for a large customer base in Europe. Service orientation, attention and care are important aspects of our approach, and this is also what we are looking for in future colleagues.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant Customer Service, Native/Fluent in Turkey (32/40 hours)
In this position of Administrative Customer Service Representative (internal job title Refund Service Specialist) you will be responsible for onboarding our customers, submitting VAT Refund requests and monitoring the progress of the refund requests until payment is made. Besides this administrative work, you will also be in contract, via phone and email, with our customers, partners and the Tax Authorities.
What will you do?
- You will work in an informal international office environment.
- You will be involved in achieving a timely refund of VAT for our clients.
- To this end, you will be in contact with the client, our partners and the Tax Authorities (for approx. 30% of your working time) via phone and email to collect the necessary documents for submitting refund requests and to answer questions from the clients.
- The remaining time is spent on the administrative process related to refund requests.
To be successful in this role, you have the following skills and qualities:
- You have a good command (native) of the Turkish language (verbally and in writing).
- You have a good command of the English language (verbally and in writing).
- You have an MBO education, with an affinity for administrative processes, not necessarily financial administration. You will receive extensive training to teach you the tricks of the trade.
- You are result- and service-oriented with an eye for detail.
- You can cope with deadlines.
- You have good communication skills.
- You know how MS Outlook and Excel work.
- Having knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a must.
- And last but not least: you enjoy working in a team of international colleagues.
