Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Production Scheduler (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Define the Long Term Planning for A400M MRO & Retrofit program, represent the Base Line Strategy for the plant and the delivery compromise acquired with the Program and final customers
• Define the Mid Term Planning for A400M MRO & Retrofit program, represent the Tactical Strategy for the plant to secure the Base Line Plan and include the creation of recovery plans if needed
• Define the Short Term Planning at station level, represent the Operative approach at the different stations to make the Tactical and Base Line plans feasible, work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, MRO and rest of MFT to implement the Operative Plan in the relevant docks
• Define the program load & capacity Strategy for Long and Mid Term planning and include the voice of the customers stakeholders (programs and final customers)
• Include the main internal stakeholders functions (production, quality, production control, and logistics, manufacturing engineering, finance and HHRR) in the Mid and Long term environments
• Implementation of Master Production Schedule (MPS) standard routines, including the leading of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MPS meetings at plant level
• Ensuring the continuous implementation of OES and LEAN principals in the scope of TAOMA, with the objective of became the BEST PRACTICE reference in planning
• On top of local responsibilities, multi-site projects will be launched to improve current status quo

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Aerospace or comparable
• Work experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, Process Planning and Aerospace
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
• German and Spanish knowledge is nice to have
