• Support the deployment of the autonomous building platform
• Surveying HVAC, hydronic, mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Identifying AHUs, FCUs, heat pumps, VAVs, pumps, valves, sensors, actuators, and other field devices
• Verifying drawings and as-built documentation against the real installation
• Tracing piping, airflow, controls, and equipment interconnections
• Photographing equipment and documenting findings for the engineering teams
• Working with facility managers and contractors to access systems and gather technical information
  
• The information collected is used to build digital twins and deploy autonomous building technology
  

• Hands-on field role focused on understanding existing commercial buildings - not installing equipment, but investigating and documenting
  
• Strong commercial HVAC/building automation experience
• Comfortable working in live buildings
• Investigative mindset, and enjoys figuring out how complex systems actually operate
  

• First mover in Germany for this company
