Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? Join DKV Mobility as a Client Portofolio Manager and play a key role in developing our customer portfolio while delivering tailored mobility and payment solutions.
In this role, you will manage and grow an existing client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and increase customer engagement through cross-selling and up-selling activities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers.
- Activate new customers and support their successful onboarding.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored DKV products and services.
- Drive customer retention, loyalty, and business growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer portfolio management.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Intermediate English and advanced MS Office skills.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
