- You are the central marketing point of contact for defined products and product areas in the DACH region as well as in international markets.
- You are responsible for the marketing and positioning of your products throughout the entire customer journey.
- You design and plan integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- You develop and implement go-to-market strategies and manage national and international product launches from planning through to successful market introduction.
- You analyze customer needs and continuously define, prioritize, and further develop relevant target groups, buyer personas, and use cases.
- You translate product benefits and unique selling propositions (USPs) into compelling, target audience-oriented marketing messages.
- You plan, manage, and optimize online and offline marketing activities and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- You conceptualize, create, and manage product-related content, such as webinars, email campaigns, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
- You ensure consistent product communication and positioning across all relevant channels and markets.
- You work closely with product management, sales, corporate communications, and other internal stakeholders.
- You monitor relevant product marketing KPIs and derive optimization measures from the results.
- You select external service providers and agencies, commission them, and coordinate their collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, ideally in an international environment.
- You bring solid experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies as well as planning and supporting product launches.
- You have a strong understanding of customer needs, target audiences, and customer journeys, and can translate these into compelling USPs and marketing messages.
- You have experience in the conception, implementation, and optimization of target group-specific marketing and communication activities.
- You work in a data-driven and KPI-oriented manner and have a strong understanding of marketing performance and the continuous optimization of marketing activities.
- You demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder management skills and have experience collaborating with product management, sales, and external partners.
- You are characterized by a high level of ownership, execution strength, and a structured way of working in a dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
